Welcome to La Cancha (hereinafter, “the Platform”, “the Site” or “we”), accessible at lacancha.tv. By creating an account or using the Platform, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Nature of the service (no FIFA affiliation)

La Cancha is a social, entertainment sports-prediction game, created independently. It is NOT affiliated with, associated with, authorized, sponsored or endorsed in any way by FIFA, the FIFA World Cup™, or any federation, confederation, national team, club, brand, official sponsor or organizer of football tournaments.

All trademarks, trade names, logos and events mentioned (including, without limitation, “FIFA”, “World Cup”, “Mundial 2026” and similar) belong to their respective owners. Their use on the Platform is purely descriptive and referential, to identify matches and teams for informational purposes, without implying any official link.

2. Just for fun: not a betting site

La Cancha is a pastime among friends, family and community. It is not a betting platform nor a real-money gambling service. Points, standings and rankings are merely recreational and symbolic; they do not represent money, guaranteed prizes, nor hold any monetary value.

Any payments on the Platform correspond exclusively to software features or services (e.g. reports or premium features), not to bets nor to the purchase of chances to win cash prizes.

3. Third-party content and streams

Some sections of the Platform may display links or content embedded via iframe from third-party servers. La Cancha does not host, store or directly transmit the third-party audiovisual content shown via link or iframe; such content is served by external providers under their own responsibility. Access to and use of that content is the user’s responsibility, who must comply with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 4. User accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you register and for keeping your password confidential. You must meet the minimum legal age in your country to use online services. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms, use offensive language, impersonate others or attempt to manipulate results or the system.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach its security, not to automate access, not to harass other users, and to respect applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The “La Cancha” brand, the design, the code and the Platform’s original content belong to its owner. You may not copy, resell or exploit them without authorization. Content you upload (username, photo, etc.) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, nor for decisions you make based on information on the Site or on linked third-party content. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or causes beyond our control.
